Bissell Centre in Edmonton is seeking a Team Lead, Housing Services to provide day-to-day leadership within a housing and recovery-oriented program. You will supervise frontline staff, ensure trauma-informed and participant-centered service delivery, and coordinate daily operations to promote housing stability and wellness.

Reporting to the Manager, Housing Services, the Team Lead provides day-to-day leadership and operational support within a housing and recovery-oriented program. The Team Lead supports frontline staff in delivering consistent, participant-centred, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented services that promote housing stability, wellness, independence, and community connection.
The Team Lead provides direct supervision, coaching, and guidance to staff and supports the coordination of daily program operations, participant services, and responses to complex or emerging situations. The position ensures staff practices, documentation, and service delivery align with organizational policies, program expectations, funder requirements, and established standards of practice.
Working closely with the Manager, the Team Lead supports a safe, respectful, and recovery-oriented environment for participants and staff. The position contributes to individualized service planning, effective team communication, incident response, quality improvement, and collaboration with internal and external partners to ensure participants have access to appropriate supports and resources throughout their recovery journey.
