Job Description

Are you passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest fashion trends? Do you enjoy leading a team? If so, this opportunity is for you!

As a Team Lead, you will report to the Store Manager and support the Management Team in creating an inclusive environment that fosters positive connections. Your goal will be to drive store success by leading the team to meet objectives related to sales, profit, recruiting, performance management, training, and development. Your adaptability to different situations, challenges, and work schedules will be key to your success.

A typical day includes:

• Achieving store objectives and KPI goals;
• Providing leadership by managing policies, procedures, loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling;
• Implementing merchandise strategies and maintaining a clean, inviting store environment;
• Coaching and mentoring team members with real-time feedback;
• Maintaining open communication with the Store Manager and District Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months leadership or supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment;
• Experience motivating a team towards common goals;
• High School diploma or GED;
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while delivering excellent customer service;
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
