Position Description

The Team Lead, Financial & Corporate Systems primarily supports finance-related systems, focusing on NetSuite, and oversees platforms such as Oracle EPM (EPBCS, FCCS) and GTreasury, along with broader corporate applications. The role acts as the primary IT liaison for Finance, ensuring collaboration between IT and business stakeholders to support key processes. Responsibilities include managing global team operations, prioritizing tasks, ensuring SLA adherence, coordinating system changes, maintaining documentation, and contributing to system analysis, project coordination, and continuous improvement. The role involves cross-functional engagement with Data Integration, Business Intelligence, Cybersecurity, and Fleet Applications Support teams to support end-to-end operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Leads a team supporting corporate applications, focusing on finance systems like NetSuite, Oracle EPM, and GTreasury, ensuring task execution and service quality.
• Manages support requests, SLA adherence, and coordination with vendors or internal teams.
• Mentors team members on issue resolution, system design, and change impact, promoting cross-training and development.
• Facilitates meetings with Finance stakeholders to understand needs, gather feedback, and ensure alignment.
• Provides updates on system changes, enhancements, and support activities.
• Ensures projects align with business goals and are delivered timely and within scope.
• Promotes best practices and process improvements to enhance system utilization and efficiency.
• Supports complex application issues, ensuring alignment with business processes.
• Plans and implements system changes and enhancements, ensuring compliance and internal controls.
• Collaborates on functional requirements, evaluates requests, and delivers improvements.
• Coordinates upgrades, testing, and release validation with minimal disruption.
• Supports data integrity and integration activities.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in IT, Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• At least five years’ experience supporting finance or corporate applications.
• Minimum two years’ experience leading support teams.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and finance processes.
• Experience with NetSuite required; familiarity with Oracle EPM and GTreasury is an asset.
• Experience with financial system integrations and supporting compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, GAAP, IFRS).
• Knowledge of systems analysis, application lifecycle, and IT service delivery.
• Ability to manage priorities, resolve issues, and coordinate across departments and time zones.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to detail, critical thinking, and sound decision-making.

Compensation & Benefits
