Job summary

Distress Centre Calgary is seeking a Team Lead for the Coordinated Entry Program (CEP) to supervise frontline staff and guide service delivery at the SORCe hub. The role oversees the Justice Navigation Program, coaches staff, and coordinates with community partners to connect participants to needed supports.

You will report to the Program Manager in a hands-on leadership position, balancing supervision with direct frontline duties as required.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a social service setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision, coaching, and support to staff.
• Monitor service demand, staffing capacity, and workflow.
• Collaborate with leaders and community partners to improve services.
