You will oversee airworthiness compliance, incident-free operations, and documentation of maintenance records. A Level II clearance and readiness for secure programs are expected.

a) The Team Lead reports to the Base Manager and is an active member of the team, working within the category in which they are employed. The Team Lead has the ability to satisfactorily direct and supervise the work of others and is responsible for the performance of their crew.
b) The Team Lead will be responsible for conducting an annual evaluation of their assigned crew.
c) The Team Lead will coordinate staff assignments to maximize workflow. The Team Lead must sign or coordinate the signature of maintenance updates for unlicensed personnel.
