Tong Louie Family YMCA in Surrey BC is seeking an Aquatics Team Leader to provide on‑deck leadership during swim lessons, ensure participant safety, and deliver high‑quality, family‑focused programming.
You will report to the Aquatics Supervisor, coach instructors, monitor progress, maintain records, and coordinate daily lesson administration while remaining flexible to cover shifts as needed.
Location: Tong Louie Family YMCA (14988 57 Ave, Surrey BC)
Terms: Full-Time, Permanent
Shift: Shifts vary and include weekdays, evenings, and weekends
Start Date: As soon as possible
Salary: $26.08 per hour
Reports To: Supervisor, Aquatics

The Aquatics Team Leader will report to the Aquatics Supervisor and work collaboratively with other members of the YMCA team to provide a safe and fun aquatics environment. The Team Leader is responsible for providing support and delivering family focused programming and services, as well as helping to monitor and support program quality.
