Job summary

CCN is seeking a Team Lead for Paisley, Ontario. This permanent, full-time role manages rotating shifts (6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. or 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.) with occasional overtime. You will lead a team on industrial and technical projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates hold a technical degree and have prior leadership experience in manufacturing or nuclear environments, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Previous leadership experience in an industrial/manufacturing/technical environment.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to coordinate teams and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Solid understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.

Team Lead – PAISLEY, ONTARIO

Location: Paisley, Ontario

Employment Type: Permanent | Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Work Schedule: Rotating shifts based on operational needs (6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. or 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.), with occasional overtime when required.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and support your team to achieve operational and project objectives.
  • Coordinate daily work assignments and ensure resources are effectively allocated.
  • Provide coaching, technical guidance, and ongoing performance feedback to employees.
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and collaborative team environment.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Physics, or another related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience.
  • Previous leadership experience within an industrial, manufacturing, construction, technical, or nuclear environment.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
  • The ability to coordinate teams and effectively manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • A solid understanding of workplace health and safety requirements and best practices.
  • Experience leading daily operations and coordinating work crews.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking, sound judgment, and decision‑making abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong working relationships with employees, management, clients, and stakeholders.
