  • Transport bloodwork to lab and gather supplies/equipment.
  • Observe and adhere to policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with interprofessional care team in the unit.

>>> Team Attendant, Labour & Delivery - U (J0226-0631)Job Title:Team Attendant, Labour & Delivery - U (J0226-0631)Location:General Site, 4001 Leslie Street#### Position Summary**Team Attendant, Labour and Delivery**Your goal in this position is to contribute to the organization and optimal function of the Labour and Delivery Unit working with the physicians, registered nurses and unit secretaries to provide support to patients and patient care staff. You will be responsible for contributing to patient flow and enhancing patient family centered care on the unit. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work within a team and fast paced environment. You are able to establish and maintain patience, compassion and a courteous manner in relationships with patients, families, and co-workers. This position supports the hospital's academic mandate by advancing care through teaching and learning and/or transforming care through research and innovation.
