Ontario Health atHome seeks a detail-oriented Team Assistant to provide essential support to Care Coordinators in a dynamic environment. As a Team Assistant, you will provide support for the assigned team in their daily activities to ensure that patients receive prompt, effective customer service.

Hours of Work
Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:30pm,subject to change as per the Collective Agreement (35 hours per week; 70 hours per bi-weekly pay period).
Position Location and Travel
A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is preferred.
