Job summary

Golf La Tempête in Quebec seeks a passionate teaching professional to provide exceptional instruction in a high-end, dynamic environment dedicated to excellence. You will lead private and group lessons, coordinate corporate clinics, and support junior programs under the Academy Director and Head Professional.

A strong teaching record and PGA membership are essential. The role offers a year-round, full-time opportunity with income from private lessons and teaching programs, reflecting commitment

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Primarily conducting private lessons, group lessons, and corporate clinics; contribute to junior programs.
  • Optimize schedules to maximize peak-demand coverage.
  • Promote services such as club fitting to clients.
  • Actively promote Golf La Tempête and contribute to golf development in the community.
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

We are looking for a passionate teaching professional who wants to thrive in a high-end, dynamic environment focused on excellence.

Reporting to the golf management team, the teaching professional will be responsible for providing an exceptional teaching experience to our clients.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Primarily conducting private lessons, group lessons, and corporate clinics, and contributing to junior programs. Participating in other teaching activities throughout the season in close collaboration with the Academy Director and the Head Professional.
  • Optimizing their schedule to ensure maximum coverage during peak demand periods.
  • Promoting our services to clients, such as club fitting.
  • Actively participate in promoting Golf La Tempête and contribute to the development of golf in the community.
  • Collaborate with the team of professionals to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Compensation
  • Full‑time, year‑round position (self‑employed).
  • Potential income from private lessons and additional teaching programs: $40,000 to $70,000, depending on commitment and involvement.
