Job summary

Green Dome Islamic School in Calgary invites applications for a full-time Grade 5 Teacher (1.0 FTE) for the 2026‑2027 year. The teacher will deliver Alberta Education curriculum across core subjects in a faith‑based, welcoming community.

We invite passionate and dedicated educators to join the Green Dome Islamic School team as a full-time Grade 5 Teacher, serving our vibrant and welcoming faith-based school community in Northeast Calgary. This is a full-time (1.0 FTE) probationary position for the 2026-2027 school year. As a Grade 5 teacher, you will guide students through key early learning milestones while delivering the Alberta Education curriculum and promoting foundational literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional development within a caring and faith-centered setting.

Green Dome Islamic School is located in North East Calgary along Metis Trail and provides an Islamic learning environment that offers an accredited program of studies compliant with the Alberta Education curriculum. Green Dome is a Division I to III School that offers a wide variety of learning opportunities including regular classroom studies as well as foreign language and computer sciences.
