Job Description
Customer
- Provide technical expertise and operational support for the Global Operations and Business Services function.
- Identify, document, and investigate transaction/process exceptions beyond first-level operations.
- Lead small-scale projects as a project lead or subject matter expert using project management methodologies.
- Coordinate with partners and expertise on key initiatives.
- Communicate project status and escalate issues to senior management as needed.
- Contribute to developing and implementing new products, workflows, and operational efficiencies.
- Analyze process drivers and systemic issues, interpret findings, and recommend solutions.
- Manage cross-functional initiatives to deliver value internally or to clients.
- Develop reports and analyze operational data to support decision-making.
- Maintain relationships with customers, partners, and vendors, addressing complex issues.
- Work closely with internal partners to meet client needs.
Shareholder
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of business processes per SLA requirements.
- Develop and implement standards and policies to mitigate risks and enhance service efficiency.
- Stay informed on regulations and industry trends, assessing impacts on operations.
- Manage confidential information discreetly.
- Research and analyze service delivery issues, contribute to audits, and generate reports.
- Create and deliver presentations and communications for management and broader audiences.
- Support risk management and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Participate in change management initiatives, ensuring clear communication of new processes.
- Minimize operational and regulatory risks by adhering to bank and industry codes of conduct.

- Provide training and guidance to junior staff.
- Support multiple functions within the broader business.
- Typically report to a Group Manager.
Experience and Education
- Undergraduate degree or college diploma.
- 5+ years of relevant experience, postgraduate degree, or certifications.
