Job summary

Thornbury Community Services is seeking a dedicated Community Healthcare Assistant – Complex Care to support a young female client in Gloucester. You will provide 1:1 care, assist with personal care, and help empower the client to engage in activities at home and within the community.

Experience in UK care is essential; we value compassion, resilience, and a patient-centered approach. Training, shadow shifts, and nurse sign-offs are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months UK care experience.
• Demonstrated compassion and person-centered approach.
• Flexible with shifts including days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care and support in clients' homes.
• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Support independence and community participation.

Community Healthcare Assistant – Complex Care

Location: Gloucester

Shifts: Monday-Sunday: 08:00-20:00 & 20:00-08:00 (24/7)

Pay Rates (including holiday pay):

• Days: £18.56 per hour
• Nights: £20.83 per hour
• Weekends: £23.07 per hour
