What You Will Do:
  • Lead cost transformation and productivity (TCP) initiatives across Masco Canada using lean principles and continuous improvement strategies.
  • Partner with business units, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and cost savings.
  • Implement lean tools such as 5S, process mapping, problem-solving, TPM, and kaizen.
  • Oversee TCP projects, kaizen events, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to enhance productivity across various spend categories.
  • Set and communicate TCP goals aligned with business objectives.
  • Maintain a project pipeline at 2X AOP budget for impact and risk mitigation.
  • Monitor TCP performance and collaborate with leadership to address gaps.
  • Conduct training workshops on lean tools and TCP best practices.
  • Develop policies and training programs to foster continuous improvement culture.
  • Mentor team members and project participants in change management.
  • Provide performance reports to senior management and committees.
  • Contribute to strategic cost-reduction planning.
What Should You Bring:
  • University Degree or College Diploma in Business Management or Engineering.
  • Project Management Certification preferred.
  • Experience with lean tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with JDE and Smartsheet is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, analysis, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
