Job summary

Qualifications

• CPA designation required and CPA in-depth tax program(s) or Master of Taxation preferred.
• Experience with Canadian tax compliance and tax accounting.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment and communicate with internal/external parties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly tax provisions in line with IFRS and US GAAP.
• Manage Canadian tax compliance for private equity funds and related entities.
• Coordinate with external auditors and internal stakeholders for timely filings.
• Assist with tax aspects of internal reorganizations and distributions.
