About the Role

We are seeking a people and client-focused Tax Manager to join our tax team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned CPA aiming to advance their career within a high-growth public accounting environment.

About You

• 3-5 years post-CPA experience, with recent expertise in a public accounting firm, focusing on tax planning and compliance
• Experience leading and reviewing tax planning and preparation for individuals, estates, trusts, and small businesses
• Ability to research complex tax issues and develop solutions, including reorganization plans
• Passion for mentoring junior team members and working with innovative accountants
• Desire to develop team capabilities through coaching and training
• Proven ability to build strong client relationships
• Proficiency with Caseware, TaxPrep, Microsoft Office, and eagerness to learn new technologies
• Curiosity and technical knowledge to identify issues and suggest solutions

The Role

Under the guidance of a Senior Manager or Partner, you will lead client engagements, provide coaching to junior staff, and grow professionally through our Leadership Development program.

Position Details

This is a permanent, full-time role, with flexible work arrangements including hybrid or office-based options. Overtime may be required during busy periods.
