Job summary

Fortier, D'Amour, Goyette S.E.N.C.R.L. seeks a tax lawyer or notary to manage multiple files with deadlines, delivering personalized, quality service to clients in real estate and corporate matters.

Reporting to the partner of the Business Law Department, you will supervise juniors, review work, contribute to business development and client outreach, and enjoy flexible scheduling and telecommuting possibilities while upholding the firm's ethical obligations.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in tax law or notarial practice.
• Strong knowledge of real estate, commercial law, and taxation.
• Ability to draft diversified agreements tailored to client needs.

Responsibilities

As such, they are able to manage several files at the same time while respecting agreed-upon deadlines and providing personalized, quality service to each of their clients. In compliance with the firm's internal policies and ethical obligations, he manages his files, reports to the partner in charge upon request, collaborates with other professionals, delegates certain tasks to technicians and legal assistants, and supervises and legally reviews their work. He/she also actively engages in business development and participates in client recruitment and outreach activities for the firm.

• Real Estate and Commercial Law;
• Planning of corporate structures;
• Drafting of diversified agreements according to the personalized needs of our clients;

You Are

• Member of the Bar or the Chamber of Notaries

You Have

• 5 to 10 years of experience
