Job summary

Canad Inns, Brandon, MB, is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee front-of-house staff and ensure exceptional guest service. The role supports managers in daily operations and sales performance, while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.

Experience in a Bar/Lounge setting and leadership abilities are required. Shifts include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays; both part-time and full-time opportunities are available at Canad Inns Brandon location.

Qualifications

• At least 1–3 years' experience Supervising in a Bar/Lounge environment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays; both part-time and full-time opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff activities and productivity at all times.
• Ensures excellent front-of-house service, allocating and supporting staff throughout the shift to maintain exceptional customer service.
• Supports managers in the execution of business operations, driving sales and profit performance of the restaurant is consistently achieved and provides end-of-shift feedback.
