Job summary

Akkodis Canada is seeking an entry-level Talent Sourcer to join our recruiting team. You will source high-quality candidates for public and private sector clients and support Senior Recruiters throughout the full recruitment cycle.

This fast-paced role offers opportunities to learn the IT staffing industry, develop candidate management skills, perform reference checks, gather required documentation, and post opportunities to job boards and social media.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• No prior recruitment experience required.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing high quality candidates for public and private sector clients.
• Assist Sr. Recruiters throughout the full recruitment cycle.
• Perform candidate reference checks, and status updates.
• Contact candidates for required documentation (signed agreements, tax forms, certifications, etc).
• Posting job opportunities to job boards and social media sites.
• Assisting recruiters in providing coverage on requirements.

Job Summary:
