Job summary

SE Health is seeking a Talent Seeker to build robust talent pipelines and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. You will partner with leaders to attract, assess, and secure top talent through diverse sourcing channels, using market intelligence and proactive recruitment practices.

In this role, you will manage recruitment activity within the ATS (Taleo/Workday) and drive hiring metrics while coordinating onboarding across Canada with strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of recruitment experience in a high-volume or fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using Taleo/Workday platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong consultative, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

Strategic Recruitment & Talent Sourcing
  • Partner with leaders to develop proactive recruitment strategies that support current and future workforce needs.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through community partnerships, networking, referrals, social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing channels.
  • Leverage market intelligence, AI-enabled sourcing tools, Microsoft Copilot, and recruitment analytics to identify, engage, and attract top talent.
  • Develop compelling job postings, recruitment marketing campaigns, and employer branding initiatives to enhance candidate attraction.
  • Consult with hiring managers on recruitment best practices, labour market trends, hiring timelines, and interview processes.
  • Represent the organization at career fairs, industry events, and community outreach initiatives.
Candidate Assessment & Hiring
  • Conduct candidate screening, behavioral interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and organizational fit.
  • Coordinate and facilitate candidate interviews, providing hiring managers with candidate insights and hiring recommendations.
  • Complete reference checks, background screening, and offer support to ensure a seamless hiring process.
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience through timely communication and engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Manage recruitment activity within the ATS (Taleo/Workday) , ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and identify opportunities to improve hiring outcomes, efficiency, and candidate experience.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of recruitment experience in a high-volume or fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated success building talent pipelines and sourcing passive candidates through multiple channels.
  • Experience using Taleo/Workday platforms, recruitment technologies, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
  • Strong consultative, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively manage responsibilities across different time zones.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment data and translate insights into actionable hiring strategies.
  • Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Flexibility to travel to recruitment events and operational sites as required.
