A leading urban sustainability firm seeks a Beekeeping Field Operations Supervisor to oversee service delivery and ensure customer satisfaction across multiple sites. Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Beekeeping Field Operations Supervisor is responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality service across a portfolio of approximately 150 customers in a defined territory. They oversee both subcontracted and full-time beekeepers, ensure that customers receive what was promised, and act as the on-the-ground escalation point for operational issues. This is a highly visible role, with around 50% of time spent visiting customer sites. This role is accountable for service quality, customer retention, cost control, and execution at scale. It requires strong coordination with internal teams and the ability to represent Alvéole professionally in the field.
