Job summary

Dialogue is the #1 virtual care provider in Canada. As a Talent Enablement Specialist, Operations, you will be a key member of our Talent Enablement team, delivering a seamless employee experience and providing thoughtful HR support to employees and managers across Talent & Culture.

You will help bring our Talent Enablement philosophy to life by enabling people to perform at their best, supporting organizational priorities, and contributing to the continuous optimization of operational

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, with employee relations experience.
  • High commitment to customer service and results.
  • Track record of outstanding performance.
  • Preference to work in a high-pace and ambiguous work environment.
  • Excellent organizational and detail-orientation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to HR inbox requests with empathy, expertise, and a focus on enabling people and managers to perform at their best.
  • Act as trusted advisor to employees and managers by addressing inquiries and resolving HR-related challenges.
  • Respond to and manage ad hoc requests, ensuring timely and effective support across Talent & Culture activities.
  • Serve as the first point of escalation and backup for the Talent Development Coordinator in their absence.
  • Manage employee relations matters with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Maintain and update knowledge documents and policies, and improve employee self-service resources through AI tools.
  • Contribute to the continuous optimization of Talent & Culture operational processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Partner with Talent & Culture Business Partners to support ongoing initiatives and organizational priorities.

Your role asTalent Enablement Specialist, Operations

As a key member of our Talent Enablement team, you will play an essential role in delivering a seamless employee experience. You’ll provide thoughtful HR support to employees and managers, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence, empathy, and operational efficiency. Through guidance and collaboration across Talent & Culture, you’ll help bring our Talent Enablement philosophy to life: enabling people to perform at their best and supporting the organization’s strategic goals.

What you'll be doing

  • Play a key role in bringing our Talent Enablement philosophy to life by responding to HR inbox requests with empathy, expertise, and a focus on enabling people and managers to perform at their best. More precisely, you will:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers by addressing inquiries, resolving HR-related challenges, and ensuring a positive employee experience
  • Respond to and manage ad hoc requests, ensuring timely and effective support across various T&C and Talent Enablement activities
  • Serve as the first point of escalation and act as backup for the Talent Development Coordinator in their absence, ensuring operational continuity and effectiveness
  • Manage employee relations matters with discretion and sound judgment
  • Maintain and update knowledge documents and policies, and continuously improve employee self-service resources through AI tools
  • Contribute to the continuous optimization of Talent & Culture operational processes to enhance efficiency and scalability
  • Partner with Talent & Culture Business Partners to support ongoing initiatives and organizational priorities

The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for this role. At Dialogue, where a candidate's offer lands within the range is determined by relevant experience, demonstrated skills, and qualifications.

The pay range for this role is:

63,500 - 75,430 CAD per year (Montreal Office (HQ))
