PetroChina Canada in Calgary is seeking a Talent Development Analyst to support the HR & Communications team. You will manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and drive the annual Performance Management process, contributing to company-wide training and employee development initiatives.
The role requires 4–6 years in training or L&D, experience with LMS administration and HR systems, and strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced oil & gas environment.

Reporting to the Lead, Talent Development, the Talent Development Analyst will support functional activities and contribute to the broader HR & Communications team. This role will be responsible for administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) and associated assignments, execution of the annual Performance Management cycle and will contribute to companywide training, learning and employee development initiatives.
