Job summary

Recipe Unlimited Corporation is seeking a Talent Attraction Specialist to lead the full-cycle recruitment process for the Home Office. You will source, screen, interview, extend offers and onboard candidates while partnering with stakeholders across the business.

You have 3+ years of experience, a HR-related degree, and proficiency with Dayforce ATS and Microsoft Office. This hybrid home-office role offers a competitive salary, bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (agency and/or corporate preferred).
• Bachelor's degree and/or college diploma in Human Resources or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to build strong working relationships across the business.
• 3+ years experience maintaining/ administering an ATS (Dayforce preferred).
• Organized with attention to detail and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers and onboarding.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to support home office recruitment initiatives.
• Administer and optimize the ATS, job postings and candidate data for efficiency and compliance.
• Develop relationships with external partners (vendors, campus programs, professional orgs).
• Lead sourcing of passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Resume.
• Organize job fairs and employer branding initiatives to boost visibility.
• Deliver training on recruitment tools and resources for brands.
• Track KPIs to measure recruitment strategy success.
• Support social media presence to engage with candidates.

Under the direction of the Head of Talent Attraction, the Talent Attraction Specialist will lead the full cycle recruitment process of sourcing and recruiting talent for job openings across the organization focused on the Home Office. The Talent Attraction Specialist will be involved in executing recruitment initiatives and programs for Recipe including, employer branding, campus, metric reporting, and administrative duties as required. As a TA Specialist, you will assist and support Recipe’s People mandate and complete tasks and objectives throughout the year. The Talent Attraction Specialist will grow and expand their experience and gain exposure to a variety of Talent Attraction related matters to support critical business initiatives.

What you will be doing in this role

• Ensure the best candidate experience, end to end, in the full recruitment life cycle process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer letter stage and onboarding
• Develop strong partnerships with stakeholders across the business to support recruitment initiatives at home office and field
• Administer and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), optimizing workflows, job postings, and candidate data to improve hiring efficiency and ensure accurate, compliant recordkeeping
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including vendors, campus partners and professional organizations to support the recruitment across the organization
• Lead sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Resume to ensure to a strategic strong pipeline of candidates
• Organize and participate in job fairs, career events, and employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's visibility
• Lead training calls/presentations related to recruitment tools and resources for our brands
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of recruitment strategies and processes
• Support the build of an effective social media presence by sharing content and driving engagement through social channels

What we are looking for from you

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (a mix of agency and corporate experience preferred)
• Bachelor's degree and/or college diploma (in Human Resources or in a related field is an asset)
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Proven ability to build strong working relationships across the business
• 3+ years experience maintaining and administering an Applicant Tracking System (Dayforce Preferred)
• Excellent time management with sense of urgency and prioritization with an ownership mindset
• Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and change
• Possess strong written and verbal communications skills
• Have strong organizational skills with a focus on details and accuracy
• Demonstrated the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment while also working independently with professionalism and accountability
• Passion for creating a positive candidate experience and promoting a strong employer brand
