Job description

Overview

At KPMG, you’ll join a team of diverse and dedicated problem solvers, connected by a common cause: turning insight into opportunity for clients and communities around the world.

We’re hiring a Talent Attraction Manager to join our Regions East Campus Recruitment team. In this role, you’ll lead the development, planning, and execution of our campus recruitment strategy across 18 offices in Ontario and Atlantic Canada. You’ll collaborate closely with the Regions East Talent Attraction Leader, the National Campus Recruitment team, and business partners across Audit, Tax, and Advisory, while also building strong relationships with external stakeholders at universities and colleges.

What You Will Do
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Talent Attraction and National Centres of Excellence teams to deliver a campus strategy aligned with broader business goals.
  • Adapt, implement, and execute the national campus recruitment strategy to attract top co-op, intern, and new graduate talent across Regions East, integrating our ID&E strategy.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to set hiring targets and monitor entry-level staffing requirements to ensure resourcing needs are met, along with reporting on results.
  • Partner with business leaders across 18 offices to manage the full campus recruitment cycle, providing consistent communication and exceptional client service.
  • Represent KPMG Regions East on campus by engaging prospective students in programs and events.
  • Execute full cycle recruitment processes (screen, interview, select, offer, and onboarding) of intern, co-op, and new graduate candidates, including management of the process within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Build and enhance the intern/co-op program by designing virtual experiences, educating performance managers, and streamlining return offer and offboarding processes to ensure a positive student employee experience.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with external stakeholders, including career centre contacts and student associations.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and evolving best practices in campus recruitment, applying insights to enhance the student experience at KPMG.
  • Travel to attend events, information sessions, or training sessions as required.
  • Be flexible to work beyond normal hours when business needs arise, and understand our approach to flexibility for personal matters.
What You Bring To The Role
  • Post-graduate education in a relevant field such as HR or Business.
  • 3+ years of experience in campus recruitment.
  • Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail, demonstrated through event planning and multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Confidence in public speaking, facilitating group sessions, and networking.
