Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume or seasonal contexts.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ADP is a plus).
• Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English.
• Dynamic, open-minded, and results-oriented personality.
• Proactive and comfortable collaborating with managers to anticipate staffing needs.
• Comfortable working with targets and commissions.
• Strong ability to manage priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for seasonal and permanent staff.
• Define and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Post and promote job openings on various platforms.
• Conduct active sourcing (resume databases, social media, referrals).
• Screen applications, shortlist candidates, and conduct interviews.
• Collaborate with managers to forecast staffing needs by region.
• Maintain a candidate pipeline to respond quickly to hiring demands.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to raise company visibility.
• Coordinate onboarding to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
