The Role

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a contract basis to join our lean and nimble People team.

You'll work alongside our COO (and a fractional talent partner) to build a steady pipeline of amazing people, with a focus on customer-facing roles across Sales, Success, and Support.

What You'll Do

1. Own full-cycle recruiting for key go-to-market roles
2. Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs and ideal profiles
3. Source, screen, and guide candidates through a seamless and personalized process
4. Help build and improve our recruiting infrastructure, tools, and workflows
5. Be a trusted ambassador of the Fulfil.io brand and culture

What You'll Bring

1. Proven experience recruiting for customer-facing roles in B2B SaaS, ideally in Series A-B environments
2. A self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
3. Someone who cares deeply about candidate experience and hiring manager partnership
4. Based in Toronto and available to be in-office 5 days/week
5. Ready to hit the ground running — this is a hands-on, high-impact role

Location: Toronto, Canada (Onsite, 4-5 days/week at Yonge & Adelaide)
Type: Contract - 3 months
