Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of talent acquisition or related experience.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience using social media and online recruitment tools to attract talent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC) is considered an asset.

Job Description

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team supporting Irving Business Services on a contract basis. Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, this role is responsible for delivering full‑cycle recruitment support across a variety of business functions, including Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Legal and Facilities.

The successful candidate will partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract, assess, and hire talent while providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. In addition to professional recruitment, this role plays a key role in supporting the Divisional Student Program through campus engagement, recruitment events, student hiring, onboarding, and collaboration with JDI Student Recruitment on enterprise-wide initiatives.
