Broccolini, a family-owned construction and real-estate services company, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its projects across Quebec and Ontario. This high-impact contract mandate offers the opportunity to influence the quality of project teams through strategic sourcing and full cycle recruitment.

You will attract top technical and corporate talent, engage passive candidates, and partner with hiring managers to align talent with business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience.
• Strong direct sourcing expertise for technical roles.
• Experience in construction, engineering, real estate, or related industries.
• Ability to perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Your Mission

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing & Proactive Outreach
  • Identify and actively engage talent through LinkedIn, targeted networking, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Build strong talent pipelines aligned with upcoming project needs
  • Maintain ongoing market intelligence and awareness of industry trends
• Performance-Oriented Execution
  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle autonomously
  • Reduce time-to-fill while maintaining high quality standards
  • Present and close offers with professionalism and relational intelligence
• Partnership & Influence
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to clarify real business needs
  • Provide candid market insights and challenge assumptions when necessary
  • Act as a credible ambassador of the Broccolini brand
• Continuous Improvement
  • Optimize sourcing strategies and recruitment processes

What You Bring

• Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience
• Strong direct sourcing expertise, particularly for technical roles
• Experience in construction, engineering, real estate, or related industries (strong asset)
