Broccolini is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a 1-year contract to attract technical and corporate talent for projects across Quebec and Ontario. Strategic Sourcing & Proactive Outreach
Identify and actively engage talent through LinkedIn, targeted networking, referrals, and direct outreach
Build strong talent pipelines aligned with upcoming project needs
Maintain ongoing market intelligence and awareness of industry trends
Performance-Oriented Execution
Lead the full recruitment lifecycle autonomously
Reduce time-to-fill while maintaining high quality standards
Present and close offers with professionalism and relational intelligence
Partnership & Influence
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to clarify real business needs
Provide candid market insights and challenge assumptions when necessary
Act as a credible ambassador of the Broccolini brand
Continuous Improvement
Optimize sourcing strategies and recruitment processes
Introduce innovative practices aligned with our business reality
Contribute to the strategic evolution of the Talent Acquisition function
