Job summary

Clio is expanding its Global Talent Acquisition team and seeks a Technical Recruiter to scale our technical hiring across geographies. You will manage a high-volume pipeline, partner with leaders to execute hiring plans, and drive end-to-end recruitment for software, data, and product roles in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

The ideal candidate has proven success in high-velocity tech recruiting, a deep network in Canada’s tech hubs, and a data-driven, consultative approach to talent

We hire according to our valuesOther duties as required.What you bring:Full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a rapid-growth or otherwise high-velocity environment with a focus on technical/ engineering recruiting across all levels.Experience sourcing, nurturing and hiring passive candidatesStrong knowledge of the Canadian tech community, in particular in Toronto and/or VancouverA track record of success with meeting hiring targetsA consultative approach to recruitment: A strategic thinker who brings a problem-solving mindset to any challenge throughout the recruiting processA multichannel approach to recruitment: inbound, outbound, referrals, events, etc.Demonstrated ability to drive decision making and behavioural change with dataBonus points if you have:Experience championing diversity and inclusion programs or initiativesExperience working at an agency and in houseExperience with Workday ATSWhat you will find here:Compensation is one of the main components of Clio’s Total Rewards Program.
