As a Talent Acquisition Specialist , you will support managers and business lines in recruiting diverse talent, build our employer brand, and develop strategies to attract top candidates. Your role involves building relationships, sourcing talent innovatively, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Overview of Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with People and Culture teams and hiring managers to forecast recruitment needs.
• Manage full lifecycle recruitment, develop sourcing and headhunting strategies.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future needs.
• Review applications, shortlist, and screen candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and extend offers, negotiate terms.
• Promote Modern Niagara at industry events and job fairs.
• Ensure a quality candidate experience throughout the process.
• Use data-driven approaches to optimize recruitment practices.

Qualifications and Experience :

• 5+ years in full lifecycle recruitment, managing high-volume requisitions.
• Experience with UKG is an asset.
• Recruiting experience in construction preferred.
• Understanding of HR practices and legislative requirements.
• Innovative approach to talent acquisition.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Enjoy building relationships and networking.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Sense of urgency and autonomy.
