About the Role
Reporting directly to the Senior Human Resources Business Partner, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process across all departments. This includes developing sourcing strategies, managing job postings, coordinating interviews, and facilitating offers and onboarding. The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter who can build strong candidate pipelines and partner effectively with hiring managers.
