Job summary

AAA-Canada in Mirabel seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment, partnering with HR Business Partners and managers to define needs and open roles.

The role advises on sourcing strategies, builds strong relationships with candidates and client groups, and drives process improvements and visibility in the aerospace sector. You will thrive in a dynamic environment and contribute to major projects.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience across administrative, technical, professional and supervisory roles.
  • Bachelor's or Certificate in administration, HR, industrial relations or related field.
  • Experience in a large company is an asset.
  • Strong ability to build relationships with candidates and client groups.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with HRBPs and managers to define job requirements, skills and selection criteria; determine best recruitment strategies.
  • Provide high-quality client group service and understand organizational needs to meet workforce objectives.
  • Coach and support managers on processes and best practices.
  • Attract, source, and hire candidates; stay attuned to the candidate market in aerospace.
  • Ensure integrity, compliance, and adherence to recruitment processes.
  • Prepare job offers with HR team members and present offers to candidates.
  • Support mobility initiatives with mobility experts and HRBPs.
  • Represent the company at job marketing and recruitment events; contribute to process improvements.

Job description

The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a key role in identifying and attracting top talent to meet the organization's workforce needs. Working closely with HR business partners and managers, they act as a strategic advisor throughout the recruitment process, from defining needs to hiring. They also contribute to the development of attraction strategies, continuous process improvement, and the company's visibility in the aerospace sector.

Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with human resources business partners (HRBP) and managers to define job requirements, skills, and selection criteria to determine the best recruitment strategies;
  • Provide quality client group service and develop an understanding and mastery of organizational needs to achieve workforce objectives;
  • Coach and support managers on processes and best practices;
  • Use your expertise to attract, source, and hire candidates and stay attuned to the candidate market in the aerospace industry;
  • Ensure integrity, compliance, and adherence to recruitment processes;
  • Prepare job offers in collaboration with HR team members to present offers to candidates;
  • Support group mobility initiatives by collaborating with mobility experts and HRBPs;
  • Act as an Airbus ambassador by participating in job marketing and recruitment events;
  • Contribute to process improvement and support the team according to operational needs.
Your Profile:
  • Hold a minimum of 5 to 7 years of full-cycle recruitment experience across various position levels (administrative, technical, professional, supervision/management).
  • Certificate or Bachelor's degree in administration, human resources, industrial relations, or a relevant field.
  • Experience in a large company is an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with candidates and client groups.
  • Ability to deliver and achieve results in a dynamic, changing, and fast-paced environment.
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and a strong ability to prioritize in an environment with competing demands.
  • Competence and strong interest in process optimization and creating innovative solutions.
  • Possess a very high level of autonomy and initiative on a daily basis.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
  • Display good leadership with the ability to influence others.
  • Ability to quickly integrate into new work environments and evolve with technology.
  • Mastery of Workday and Google systems (Mail, Sheet, and Slides) is an asset.
