Job summary

Extendicare is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support long-term care staffing in Markham, Ontario. You will partner with our homes to develop recruitment strategies, post jobs, source candidates, and screen applicants while promoting Extendicare as an Employer of Choice.

You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, manage the end-to-end recruitment process, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year talent acquisition experience.
• Experience managing and maintaining strong relationships.
• Ability to identify and implement innovative approaches to recruiting.
• Collaborative team player who can manage competing demands of multiple stakeholders.
• Action oriented and ability to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications.
