Job summary

Cornerbridge Talent Partners is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Operations Specialist to support recruiting and Talent Operations for our external clients. This hands-on role sources candidates, manages hiring processes, coordinates interviews, and maintains ATS workflows.

You will build recruiting infrastructure, create scorecards and guides, and track pipelines and reporting while applying AI tools to improve sourcing and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in startups, tech, or agencies.
• Experience with Ashby is required.
• Comfortable sourcing candidates and managing pipelines.
• Experience maintaining clean recruiting data in an ATS.
• Capable of creating scorecards, interview guides, and workflows.
• Interest in using AI/automation to improve recruiting processes.

Position: Talent Acquisition & Operations Specialist

Experience: 3+ years in Talent Acquisition

Employment Type: Contract

Compensation: $42,000-$60,000 CAD + performance bonus

About the Role

This is an internal role at Cornerbridge Talent Partners, supporting recruiting and Talent Operations for our external clients.

Cornerbridge supports early-stage and high-growth companies across AI/ML, SaaS, fintech, and other technology sectors. We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition & Operations Specialist who is highly execution-oriented and comfortable working across both recruiting and Talent Operations.

This is a hands-on role. You’ll source candidates, manage hiring processes, coordinate interviews, maintain ATS workflows, and help build the practical recruiting infrastructure our clients need to hire effectively.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys executing, creating structure, and getting things across the finish line.

What You’ll Do

• Support recruiting execution: Source candidates, conduct outreach, manage pipelines, and help move searches forward.
• Own candidate coordination: Schedule interviews, manage candidate communication, and follow up on feedback and next steps.
• Manage the ATS: Maintain clean candidate data, organize pipelines, configure workflows, and support ATS improvements.
• Build Talent infrastructure: Create scorecards, interview guides, hiring workflows, templates, trackers, and other recruiting tools.
• Maintain recruiting operations: Track pipelines, interviews, feedback, offers, and hiring activity.
• Build simple reporting: Maintain reporting around pipeline health, conversion, sourcing activity, and hiring progress.
• Document processes: Create SOPs, templates, and reusable recruiting workflows.
• Use AI in day-to-day recruiting: Leverage ChatGPT, Claude, MCP-connected tools, and other AI workflows to improve sourcing, documentation, communication, and operational efficiency.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, ideally within startups, technology companies, agencies, or other fast-moving environments.
• Experience with Ashby is required.
• Comfortable sourcing candidates and managing recruiting pipelines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working inside an ATS and maintaining clean, accurate recruiting data.
• Experience coordinating interviews and managing candidate communication.
• Comfortable creating scorecards, interview guides, workflows, trackers, and recruiting documentation.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of execution.
• Able to take an idea or loosely defined process and turn it into something structured and operational.
• Interested in using AI and automation to improve how recruiting gets done.
