Hexagon Autonomous Solutions in Calgary, Alberta is seeking a Human Resources Intern to support campus recruitment activities. This 12-month internship runs May 2027 through May 2028, reporting to the Manager, P&C Global Talent Acquisition.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in 2nd or 3rd year of a business, HR, commerce or related degree.
• Available for a 12-month term, 37.5 hours per week.
• Available for full-time internship May 2027–May 2028.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and schedule candidates across multiple hiring teams.
• Source candidates, screen resumes and develop talent pipelines.
• Maintain recruitment systems and generate reports/metrics.
• Assist with planning and executing campus recruitment events.
