Job summary

Hexagon Autonomous Solutions in Calgary, Alberta, is seeking a Human Resources Talent Acquisition Intern for a 12-month term from May 2027 through May 2028. The intern will support candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and campus recruitment initiatives, reporting to the Manager, P&C Global Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities include scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate records, and generating recruitment metrics, with emphasis on university partnerships and campus events.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in the second or third year of a Business, Human Resources, Commerce, or related degree program.
• Available for a 12-month work term, working 37.5 hours per week
• Available to complete a full-time internship from May 2027 through May 2028.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.

• Support recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, resume screening, and talent pipeline development.
• Maintain recruitment systems, update candidate records, and generate recruiting reports and metrics.

Hexagon’s Autonomous Solutions division is looking for an Human Resource Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team in Calgary, Alberta. Reporting to the Manager, P&C Global Talent Acquisition, this role will support the recruitment function through candidate sourcing, interview coordination, reporting, recruitment systems administration, candidate screening, and campus recruitment event planning. This is a one-year internship running from May 2027 to May 2028.
