Job summary

Ericsson in Ottawa is offering a Talent Acquisition Co-op / Intern position for 4–8 months, starting January 11, 2027. You will support recruitment for full-time and Early Career roles, including co-ops and interns, gaining exposure to recruiting operations and candidate engagement.

You’ll work on process improvements, TA branding, campus events, and reporting, collaborating with teams while handling data with care and discretion.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Exposure to AI-enabled recruiting tools and AI applications.
• Experience building and deploying AI agents to streamline processes.
• Interest in Talent Acquisition, HR, business, or communications.
• Strong organization and detail orientation with deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Support TA on projects to streamline processes and best practices.
• Assist with TA branding, presentations, and campus events.
• Support information sessions and candidate communications for Early Careers.
• Prepare recruitment trackers, updates, and basic reports.
• Collaborate with TA colleagues while handling candidate data with discretion.

In this role, you’ll support recruitment for full-time positions and Early Career opportunities, including co-op and intern hiring. You’ll gain practical exposure to recruiting operations, candidate engagement, and the tools and processes that support hiring in a global technology organization.What you’ll do:• Support TA on special projects related to streamlining processes and improving best practices• Support with TA branding exercises and presentations• Support campus and Early Career recruiting activities, such as information sessions, events, and candidate communications.• Prepare recruitment updates, trackers, and basic reports; help identify process improvements and keep shared materials current.• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition colleagues and internal partners while handling candidate information with care and discretion.The skills you bring:• Working towards a Bachelors or Masters degree• Exposure to AI-enabled recruiting tools and emerging AI applications in Talent Acquisition.
