Summary: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Campus contributes to the daily operational effectiveness supporting the FGFLife Student Program, focusing on delivering exceptional services to the business and contributing to strategic initiatives. Responsible for administering campus hiring requests and supporting the successful execution of ad-hoc projects and initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Attend events internally and externally to promote FGFLife, build brand awareness, and network with students (minimal travel to the US may be required).
  • Assist Campus Lead with student recruitment, including communication, scheduling interviews, and liaising with school partners.
  • Coordinate onboarding, including scheduling, consolidating student lists, notifying internal teams, and contacting students.
  • Maintain relationships with students post-program via Alumni program.
  • Post roles and source candidates through school job portals.
  • Handle administrative funding duties, documentation, and funding process with support from the Campus team.
  • Plan and coordinate internal FGFLife co-op events.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks, projects, and events as needed.
  • Represent FGF with Pride, Passion, Enthusiasm, and Commitment.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Studies in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Valid G or G2 license and access to a vehicle for travel.
  • Knowledge of Talent Pipeline building.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Motivated, energetic, and collaborative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including MS Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
