Job summary

TekStaff IT Solutions is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage high-volume hiring and build strong candidate pipelines across multiple locations in Canada. The role involves sourcing from diverse channels, leveraging ATS tools, and coordinating end-to-end candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of recruiter experience, strong MSP/MS Office skills, and a proven ability to work independently across regions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter with high-volume hiring experience across multiple locations.
• Experience sourcing rural or hard-to-fill talent through multiple channels, including passive outreach and referrals.
• Proficient with ATS (SAP SuccessFactors) and MS Office tools (Excel, Teams, Outlook).
• Independent portfolio management handling multiple regions as a sole recruiter.

TekStaff's Client has a current vacancy for a Recruiter

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:

• 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter, with proven experience managing high-volume hiring and building candidate pipelines across multiple locations.
• Rural and hard-to-fill talent sourcing experience – Experienced in using multiple sourcing channels, passive outreach, referrals, relocation strategies and community partnerships to reach difficult talent markets. Hands-on experience sourcing and pre-screening candidates using typical sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed)
• Experience using an ATS (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors)
• Proficiency with MS suite: Excel (tracking capabilities, summarize data), MS Teams, Outlook
• Independent portfolio management experience, including experience working as the sole recruiter supporting multiple regions.

Nice-To-Have Skills:

• Experience with recruiting for client-facing retail banking roles or adjacent FI industries (insurance, investment)
• Experience with in-person recruitment engagements (e.g. at a conference)
