Job summary

Bayshore Medical Personnel is seeking an Healthcare Recruiter to find top healthcare talent across our clients. You will source candidates, screen for fit, and coordinate interview processes to deliver a seamless candidate experience.

The role requires 3–5 years in healthcare/Life Sciences recruitment, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and proficiency with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter. On-site Montreal location with a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Three to five (3-5) years of healthcare/Life Sciences recruiting in a full lifecycle environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or equivalent preferred.
• Experience managing multiple high-volume roles with urgency and efficiency.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and terminology.
• Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment technologies.

Responsibilities

• Act as a talent scout using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.

Annual Salary Range: $65,000 - $68,000

On this team, you will

• Be a talent scout: use your creativity and resourcefulness to search for potential candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
• Be a matchmaker: review resumes and applications then conduct screenings to assess candidates’ skills, qualifications, and fit for the role to qualify candidates that meet client specifications.
• Be a coordinator: schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, provide interview prep and debriefs with candidates, and provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates.
• Be a database manager: maintain a database of qualified candidates for current and future roles while maintaining strong relationships along the way to ensure we have a robust pipeline of future talent to draw from.
• Be a learner: stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment and talent acquisition, as well as healthcare regulations, standards, and terminology.

Candidate must have

• Three to five (3 - 5) years of healthcare and/or Life Sciences recruiting experience in full life-cycle environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Experience managing multiple high-volume roles simultaneously with urgency and efficiency.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and terminology.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment technologies.
