Join Our Team as a Talent Acquisition Associate!

We are on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to engage in our recruitment initiatives. In this position, you will play a key role in sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates who will contribute to a robust workforce aligned with our company’s objectives. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to comprehend their staffing requirements and partner and contribute to our recruitment strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Help source candidates through online databases, social media, and networking. - Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate’s interest and fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Candidate Management System.
  • Prepare and deliver offer letters in alignment with hiring policies and procedures.
  • Support new hire onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for candidates.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience through regular communication and updates.
  • Collaborate with team members on recruitment initiatives and projects needed.
  • Attend job fairs and other related recruitment activities
  • Collaborate on talent projects for candidates and be a contributor with our TA COE initiatives
  • Ad hoc projects as assigned

Required Education/Experience

  • A proven track record of sourcing and hiring top performing talent is critical to the role
  • At least 2 years’ professional experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Degree or diploma in human resources, business administration, or related field is an asset
  • ATS or CRM experience required
  • Sourcing candidates from various social media platforms

  • Strong team player who can coordinate and collaborate well with others

The expected salary range for this position is $60,000-$70,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses, and commissions for some positions.
