Playground is an internationally renowned gaming destination near Montreal, expanding with new floors and dining options. We seek a Takeout Attendant to greet customers, process orders, and coordinate with delivery teams in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements include 18+, high school diploma, strong communication, bilingual English/French, POS familiarity, and a customer-centric mindset. Training is provided and growth opportunities exist.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner.

• Receive and process take-out and delivery orders in person or by phone.
• Enter orders accurately into the POS system and note special requests.
• Be familiar with the Rail menu and daily specials.
• Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure timely deliveries.
• Verify and dispatch orders.
• Assist drivers in locating customers’ addresses.
• Confirm with the online tablet when an order is ready for pickup.
• Maintain a clean and organized take-out area.
• Balance your cash at the end of each shift.

Position Overview:

As a Takeout Attendant, your warm and professional customer service skills will shine through as you greet and assist customers, ensure accurate order processing, collaborate with our delivery team, and maintain a clean take-out area. Your strong communication skills, efficiency and attention to detail will enhance customer satisfaction, making each interaction a delightful experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner

Responsabilités :

• Accueillir et assister les clients de manière chaleureuse et professionnell
• Offrir un service excellent et maximiser la satisfaction du client
• Prendre les commandes des clients et traiter les paiements (par téléphone ou en personne)
• Être familiarisé avec le menu du Rail et les plats du jour
• Vérifier et expédier les commandes
• Aider les chauffeurs à localiser les adresses des clients
• Maintenir et mettre à jour la base de données des clients
• Confirmer avec une tablette en ligne (service de livraison) lorsqu'une commande est prête à être ramassée
• Maintenir le comptoir à emporter propre et organisée
• Balancer la caisse à la fin de chaque quart de travail

Exigences :

• Être bilingue (anglais et français) et 18 ans ou plus
• Excellentes compétences en communication, en relations interpersonnelles et en organisation
• Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à rester calme et profissional dans un environnement au rythme rapide
• Capacité à travailler sans supervision dans un environnement achalandé
• Une attitude positive et axée sur l’équipe et une capacité à bien travailler sous pression
• Solides compétences mathématiques
• Expérience antérieure dans un poste similaire, un atout mais non obligatoire
• Avoir un permis de travail valide ou être résident(e) canadien(ne)
