Job summary

Northern Force Security is seeking a dedicated security guard with flexible availability to cover Friday through Sunday shifts in the North York and Etobicoke area. The role includes daytime Friday shifts and overnight Saturday-Sunday shifts, totaling 34 hours per weekend.

Candidates must hold a valid Security Guard License, CPR/First Aid certification, and a clear background check. Experience in security or related fields is preferred, with a Use of Force license advantageous.

Qualifications

• Valid Security Guard License is required.
• CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Clear Criminal and Background Check.
• 3 years of previous experience in security, law enforcement, military, or related fields.
• Use of Force License (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and friendly customer service to clients and the public.
• Adhere to all security policies and procedures.
• Maintain a strong work ethic, professional attitude, integrity, and responsibility.
• Communicate fluently in English.
• Write reports with accurate spelling and grammar in English.
• Be available to work overnight shifts.

• Saturday and Sunday 7pm - 7am Total of 34 hours

Position Requirements:

• Valid Security Guard License
• Valid CPR and First Aid Certification
• Clear Criminal and Background Check
• 3 years of previous experience in security, law enforcement, military, or other related fields
• Use of Force License (preferred)
• Ability to act swiftly and responsibly in emergency situations
