Job Description:

• Provide advice on testing strategies, test plans, testing tools, and resource requirements. Organize testing efforts for large systems in GUI and non-GUI environments, including system integration tests, specialized tests, and user acceptance testing (e.g., stress tests).
• Develop test plans, scripts, and cases, and execute these across various system components.
• Collaborate with testing leads, IT leads, and project teams during analysis, design, development, implementation, and support phases.

Must Haves:

• 10+ years of experience in defect triaging, leading triage meetings, and producing defect reports.
• Extensive experience in manual regression testing and automation scripting.
• 5-10 years of experience in different testing types: black box, penetration, security, system, unit, AODA, and UAT testing.
• Proven experience in preparing detailed test cases to verify functionality.
• Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools such as Azure DevOps.
