  • Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights within company systems (Active Directory, Office 365, ERP, etc.).

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, escalating to vendors or higher-level support as necessary.
  • Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems.
  • Assist in maintaining servers, cloud systems, and network infrastructure.
  • Maintain accurate IT documentation, including system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Support system integrations, upgrades, and patches.
  • Collaborate with IT leadership on cybersecurity practices, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Participate in IT projects to improve system efficiency and user experience.
Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-4 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or similar role.
  • Working knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical proficiency and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with non-technical users.
  • Analytical mindset and proactive problem solver.
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies.
  • Team-oriented with a service-first approach.
