Job summary

Duliban Insurance Brokers Limited in Welland, Ontario, is seeking a Systems Implementation Specialist to support the configuration, optimization and ongoing development of business platforms and technology solutions.

The role focuses on maximizing technology investments, reducing manual work and improving the employee and client experience through automation, testing and deployment of system enhancements. A willingness to obtain a RIBO license is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in business systems, technology, software implementation, automation, integrations or a related field.
• Demonstrated aptitude for learning and working with software platforms and technology.
• Experience with automation, RPA, integrations and/or APIs is an asset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and learn unfamiliar systems.
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into practical technology solutions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with an ability to identify opportunities and work independently.
• Experience with Applied Epic, Zoho, or similar business platforms is an asset.
• Insurance industry experience is an asset; willingness to obtain a RIBO license

Responsibilities

• Platform Optimization & Development: Support configuration and optimization of key platforms including Applied Epic, Zoho, RingCentral, ARS and other systems.
• Technical Solutions & Integration: Translate business needs into practical technical solutions and explore integrations.
• Automation, RPA & Innovation: Identify opportunities to use RPA, bots, AI and other technologies to reduce manual work.
• Collaboration & Delivery: Work with stakeholders to understand workflow needs and deliver technical solutions.
