We are actively hiring systems engineers to take part in designing, building, and operating fault-tolerant neutral atom quantum computers. You will work in a tight-knit team across hardware (lasers, optics, vacuum, electronics), software, processor design, and whatever else is required to build the working quantum computer. This role will focus on the integration of complex hardware and software systems, including defining interfaces between subsystems, developing specifications, and coordinating system-level design, assembly, testing, and operation. You will work closely with scientists and engineers across disciplines, combining system-level planning with hands-on work in the lab. A strong technical background and experience working across multiple engineering disciplines is desirable for this role. We are hiring at all experience levels.
