Role Overview

As an Intermediate Systems Developer, you will develop system-based solutions, maintain codes, and document processes. You will work on diverse initiatives with team support, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation.

Technologies and Experience

• 3-5 years experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, Gosu, UI configuration, Workflows, TeamCity, Guidewire Studio / IntelliJ
• Experience in Java / J2EE, Junit, Springboot
• Knowledge of Microservices, APIs, SOAP / Restful Web Services, XML
• Database experience : SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, CI / CD tools like Bitbucket / git, Docker, Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, attention to detail, analytical skills
• Nice to have : Red Hat Open Shift experience

Key Responsibilities

• Build insurance solutions on Guidewire Policy Center
• Ensure high-quality code, testing, and standards adherence
• Collaborate with design and technology teams to translate requirements
• Perform technical analysis and design
• Work with IT teams, vendors, and project managers for delivery
• Lead implementation, backup, and disaster recovery planning
• Mentor and support team members
